1. Using Our Site
You agree to use our site responsibly, which mainly means:

2. Product Condition
Vintage Watches
They’re old — that’s the charm. Each piece is described as accurately as possible, but small quirks, patina, and personality are part of the deal.
Retromods & New Builds
We assemble these with care, but variations in finishing or appearance can happen. Specs may vary slightly based on parts and movement availability.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices can change, watches can sell quickly, and inventory can disappear mid-refresh. If something goes wrong with an order (e.g., two people buy the same one-off watch at once), we’ll let you know and make it right.
4. Payments
All payments go through secure third-party processors. We never store your full card details.
5. Shipping
We ship from Austin, Texas. Transit times are estimates. Once it’s with the carrier, it’s mostly out of our hands, but we’ll do whatever we can to help.
6. Returns & Warranty
Our full Refund Policy applies.

7. No Funny Business
You agree not to misuse the site or our products. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that look fraudulent, sketchy, or too weird to ignore.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best, but we’re a small shop. We’re not liable for indirect or accidental damages.
